The K&N 69-1020TS Typhoon cold air intake system is engineered to provide a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque for 1.8L Honda Civic models. This performance-oriented system replaces the restrictive factory air box and intake tubing with a free-flowing, mandrel-bent silver powder-coated aluminum intake tube. By smoothing and straightening the airflow, the engine receives a larger volume of cooler air for improved combustion efficiency.

This system features a K&N High-Flow Air Filter with oiled cotton media, designed for high airflow and exceptional filtration. The oversized conical filter is washable and reusable, with a service interval of up to 100,000 miles under normal highway driving conditions. A custom heat shield is included to isolate the intake air from engine bay heat, ensuring cooler air temperatures at the throttle body.
