The K&N 69-3533TTK Typhoon cold air intake system is engineered to replace the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing to improve airflow and increase horsepower and torque. This system features a mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube designed to provide a smooth, aerodynamic path for air to reach the engine. It is paired with an oversized, conical High-Flow Air Filter featuring oiled cotton media that provides excellent filtration and can go up to 100,000 miles between cleanings under normal highway conditions.
This kit includes a custom heat shield to help isolate the intake air from engine bay heat, ensuring a denser air charge. The entire system is designed for a straightforward installation that typically takes less than 90 minutes using standard hand tools.
