The K&N 69-3518TS Typhoon Performance Intake System is engineered to replace the restrictive factory air filter and intake tube in 2013-2018 Ford Focus models (L4-2.9L). By streamlining the airflow path, this system provides a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque while improving engine sound and throttle response.
This performance intake features a mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube for smooth, laminar airflow. It is paired with an oversized, conical K&N High-Flow Air Filter made from washable oiled cotton media. This reusable filter design provides high airflow and excellent filtration, capable of going up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway driving conditions. A custom-fit heat shield is included to protect the intake air from high engine bay temperatures.
