The K&N 69 Series Typhoon cold air intake system is designed to provide a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque by replacing the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing. This system features a mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube that streamlines airflow into the engine, paired with an oversized, conical High-Flow Air Filter. The oiled cotton filter media is washable and reusable, engineered to go up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway driving conditions.

To ensure cooler air reaches the engine, this kit includes a custom heat shield designed to protect the intake from high engine bay temperatures. The entire system installs typically in 90 minutes or less using existing factory mounting points.
