The K&N NextGen cold air intake system is engineered to replace the restrictive factory air path with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) rotationally molded intake tube. This aerodynamic design increases airflow volume by 13.46%, providing estimated increases of 18.98 horsepower and 24.38 lb-ft of torque without requiring an aftermarket tune. The system features a custom-designed NextGen air box that isolates the intake from high engine bay temperatures to maintain cooler, denser air charges.

Equipped with a washable and reusable High-Flow LIFETIME Air Filter, this system uses oiled cotton media for superior filtration and airflow. The oversized conical filter allows for up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway driving conditions. Installation is a direct bolt-on process that typically takes less than 60 minutes with basic hand tools.
