The K&N 63-2592 Performance Intake Kit is engineered to eliminate airflow restriction in the factory induction system. By replacing the stock air box and intake tract with a rotationally-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tube, this system increases the volume of air reaching your engine for improved throttle response and power. The custom-designed heat shield helps isolate the intake from high engine bay temperatures, ensuring a cooler, more oxygen-rich air charge.
This kit features a washable, reusable High-Flow Air Filter constructed with oiled cotton media. Its oversized conical design provides exceptional filtration and a service interval of up to 100,000 miles under standard highway driving conditions. The entire bolt-on system is designed to install in approximately 90 minutes using simple hand tools.
