The K&N 69-4527TS Typhoon Performance Intake Kit is a high-flow induction system designed to replace the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing in your Cadillac CTS. Featuring a mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube, this system is engineered to provide a smooth, aerodynamic path for airflow, improving throttle response and engine sound. The kit includes an oversized, conical K&N High-Flow Air Filter made from oiled cotton media, providing excellent filtration while maintaining high air volume.
- Mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube reduces airflow turbulence and restriction
- Oiled cotton High-Flow Air Filter is washable and reusable for long-term performance
- Up to 100,000 miles between filter cleanings under normal highway driving conditions
- Custom-designed heat shield isolates the air filter from high engine bay temperatures
- Bolts directly to factory mounting points with common hand tools
- Installation can typically be completed in 90 minutes or less
