The K&N NextGen Aluminum cold air intake system is engineered to replace the restrictive factory air path on your Ford F-150. By utilizing a mandrel-bent American 6063 aluminum rigid tube, this system increases airflow volume by up to 67%. This improved breathing delivers dyno-proven gains of up to 14.6 horsepower and 16.5 lb-ft of torque without requiring an ECU tune or modification.
To maintain lower intake air temperatures, the system includes a custom-designed NextGen air box that shields the intake from engine bay heat. This is paired with an oversized, conical High-Flow air filter featuring washable, reusable oiled cotton media. Designed for longevity, this filter can go up to 100,000 miles between services under standard highway driving conditions. The entire kit is designed for a bolt-on installation that typically takes less than 60 minutes.
