The K&N 63 Series AirCharger performance air intake system is engineered to replace the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing to improve throttle response and engine sound. This system features a rotationally-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) intake tube designed to increase the volume of airflow to your engine, supporting a measurable increase in horsepower and torque.
At the heart of the system is an oversized, conical K&N High-Flow Air Filter featuring oiled cotton media. This washable, reusable filter is designed for longevity, capable of going up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway driving conditions. To maintain performance in demanding environments, a custom-fit heat shield is included to help protect the intake air from high engine bay temperatures. The entire system is a direct bolt-on upgrade that can typically be installed in less than 60 minutes using standard tools.
