The K&N 63-2627 AirCharger cold air intake system is engineered to reduce intake restriction and significantly increase airflow to your 2.3L EcoBoost engine. By replacing the restrictive factory air path with a rotationally molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tube, this system delivers a dyno-tested increase of 19.08 horsepower and 18.35 lb-ft of torque with no ECU tuning required.
This performance intake features a custom-designed enclosed air box that isolates the filter from high engine bay temperatures, ensuring a cooler, denser air charge. It comes equipped with an oversized, conical High-Flow washable air filter made from oiled cotton media, providing premium engine protection and allowing up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway conditions. The entire kit is designed for a straightforward installation that can typically be completed in under 60 minutes using basic hand tools.
