The K&N 63-1588 AirCharger Performance Intake system is engineered to replace the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing on your 6.4L HEMI-powered Wrangler. By utilizing a rotationally-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tube, this system increases the volume and velocity of airflow to the engine, resulting in a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque. The included custom heat shield isolates the intake air from high engine bay temperatures, ensuring the engine receives a cooler, denser charge for better performance.
- High-Flow Filtration: Equipped with an oversized, washable conical air filter featuring oiled cotton media for superior airflow and engine protection.
- Extended Service: The reusable filter is designed to go up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway driving conditions.
- Direct Replacement: Replaces the entire factory intake tract and can typically be installed in under 60 minutes with basic tools.
- Durability: Rugged HDPE tube construction resists heat soak and provides a streamlined path for air.
