Fits 1998-2003 Chevrolet S10 and GMC Sonoma models equipped with the L4-2.2L engine.
The K&N 57-3025-1 Performance Air Intake system replaces your vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and intake housing. This kit features a rotationally-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tube designed to increase airflow volume to your engine. By streamlining the intake path, this system helps improve throttle response and provides a concrete increase in horsepower and torque.
This system includes an oversized, conical K&N High-Flow Air Filter featuring oiled cotton media. This washable and reusable filter is designed to go up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway driving conditions. To help maintain lower intake air temperatures, the kit comes with a custom heat shield that isolates the filter from engine bay heat. Installation is straightforward, typically completed in under 90 minutes using standard hand tools and factory mounting points.
