Fits select 1995-2005 Chrysler, Dodge, Eagle, Mitsubishi, and Plymouth vehicles equipped with the 420A engine. This King Engine Bearings AM-series connecting rod bearing set is engineered for OE-level rebuilds where reliability and precise tolerances are critical.
The CR4195AM set features King's Alecular material, a multi-layered aluminum-tin-copper alloy bonded to a steel backing. This construction provides superior fatigue strength and embeddability compared to traditional bi-metal bearings, making it an excellent choice for daily driven applications and standard engine refreshes. By replacing worn bearings with these standard-size (STD) units, you restore critical oil clearances and maintain consistent oil pressure across the crankshaft journals.
