The Koni Special Active shock absorber is engineered to improve the handling and ride quality of your Mini Cooper without the compromise of a traditional stiff sport suspension. Designed as a direct replacement for the front passenger side strut, this damper utilizes Koni’s patented Frequency Selective Damping (FSD) technology. This mechanical valving system recognizes road conditions and driving inputs to adjust damping forces in real-time, providing firm control during aggressive cornering while smoothing out high-frequency vibrations from expansion joints and rough pavement.
