Restore the factory ride control and stability of your first-generation Miata with the KYB Excel-G Front Shock. Designed to restore original capabilities rather than change them, this shock is calibrated to compensate for worn suspension components and return your vehicle to its intended handling characteristics. The Excel-G is manufactured on the same OE assembly lines as the shocks supplied to new vehicle manufacturers, earning it the OEA (Original Equipment for the Aftermarket) classification.
The twin-tube design features a nitrogen gas charge to maintain consistent performance and minimize aeration. Whether you are daily driving or navigating tight corners, this shock provides the lane-change responsiveness and stopping stability required for the NA chassis. For maximum protection against dirt and road salt, pair this shock with KYB Strut Boot SB108 (sold separately).
