Classified as Original Equipment for the Aftermarket (OEA), this nitrogen gas-charged shock is manufactured on the same assembly lines as KYB's OE components. It is specifically calibrated to compensate for worn suspensions and restore factory-designed stability, lane-change responsiveness, and braking performance.
Built with a twin-tube design and high-quality internal valving, the Excel-G provides consistent damping even under demanding driving conditions. For optimal protection of the piston rod and seals, it is recommended to pair this unit with KYB Strut Boot part number SB108.
