Using 3D scanning technology during development, MagnaFlow ensures this converter matches the original equipment geometry and flow dynamics. This unit replicates the OE spun body design and features a single laser fusion weld to significantly reduce the risk of leaks while maintaining high thermal efficiency. It is designed to interchange directly with OE part 17410-21500.
- Constructed from high-strength 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum corrosion resistance.
- Mandrel-bent tubing maintains smooth exhaust flow for peak engine performance and fuel economy.
- Features durable 308 stainless steel MIG welds and 410 stainless steel barbed exhaust hangers to minimize noise and vibration.
