Constructed from high-strength 16-gauge 409 stainless steel, this converter features mandrel-bent tubing for optimal exhaust flow and 308 stainless steel MIG welds for long-term durability. To ensure a perfect bolt-on installation, MagnaFlow utilizes 3D scanning and laser fusion welding to replicate the original equipment's geometry and thermal efficiency. The assembly includes 410 stainless steel barbed hangers to maintain factory-spec exhaust alignment while reducing vibration.
