Developed using 3D scanning metrology, this converter provides a precise fit that mirrors the original equipment design. The high-strength 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing is mandrel-bent to ensure smooth exhaust flow, while a single laser fusion weld significantly reduces the risk of leaks compared to multi-piece designs.
This direct-fit unit is designed for a straightforward bolt-on installation, utilizing factory mounting points and barbed exhaust hangers made from corrosion-resistant 410 stainless steel to reduce noise and vibration. The low-mass design promotes greater thermal efficiency for optimal catalyst operation. This replacement part is compliant with Federal emissions requirements set by the EPA for OBDII registered vehicles with Federal/EPA emission systems.
