The MagnaFlow OEM Grade Federal/EPA Compliant Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter 16420 is engineered to restore factory exhaust performance and keep your check engine light off. This converter is built with a compact, low-mass spun body design that replicates the original equipment's geometry, ensuring a precise fit and high thermal efficiency. Using state-of-the-art 3D scanning during development, MagnaFlow ensures this part bolts directly to factory mounting points without the need for cutting or welding.
Constructed from 16-gauge 409 stainless steel with 308 stainless steel MIG welds, this unit is designed for long-term corrosion resistance and durability. The mandrel-bent tubing maintains smooth exhaust flow for consistent engine operation, while the 410 stainless steel barbed hangers reduce vibration and exhaust noise.
