Engineered as a direct bolt-on replacement for failing factory units, this converter features a low-mass, spun body design that replicates the original equipment’s footprint for a perfect fit without the need for cutting or welding. The high-strength 16-gauge 409 stainless steel construction and 308 stainless steel MIG welds ensure long-lasting durability in harsh underbody environments.
This converter utilizes mandrel-bent tubing to maintain factory-like flow dynamics and fuel efficiency. It is designed to meet or exceed Federal EPA emission requirements for OBDII registered vehicles. Each kit includes the essential gaskets and hardware needed to simplify the installation process, utilizing OE-sized 410 stainless steel barbed hangers to maintain factory exhaust alignment and vibration control.
- Direct-Fit Design: Replaces OE parts BL3Z-5E212-E and FL1Z-5E212-A with no modification required.
