This unit is built from 16-gauge 409 stainless steel with durable 308 stainless steel MIG welds, offering superior corrosion resistance and a longer service life than standard aluminized steel components.
To ensure a precise bolt-on fit, MagnaFlow utilizes 3D scanning technology during research and development to replicate original equipment (OE) geometry. The mandrel-bent tubing ensures smooth exhaust flow, while the compact, low-mass spun body design provides high thermal efficiency. This direct-fit replacement interchanges with OE parts 20010-33P02 and 20010-40P08, requiring no cutting or welding for installation.
