The MagnaFlow Touring Series Cat-Back Performance Exhaust System 16536 is engineered to improve exhaust flow and deliver a resonant, powerful tone for the 2.7L BMW E30 chassis. This system provides a moderate exterior sound and a mild interior note, making it suitable for both daily driving and spirited weekend cruises. Developed using extensive 3D scanning, this kit ensures an easy-to-install, direct-fit design that replaces factory components from the catalytic converter back.
Constructed from durable 409 stainless steel for corrosion resistance, the system features 2.25-inch mandrel-bent main piping and dual straight-through mufflers to minimize backpressure. The exhaust terminates in a driver-side rear exit with dual 3-inch polished double-wall, angle-cut tips with folded edges. Each kit is manufactured using CNC precision robotic techniques for consistent fitment and is backed by a limited lifetime construction warranty.
