Manley Platinum Series pistons are engineered for high-output 7-bolt 4G63T builds that demand superior strength and precision. Forged from domestic 2618 aluminum alloy, these +1mm overbore (86mm) pistons feature a dish design specifically to achieve an 8.5:1 compression ratio, making them an ideal choice for high-boost forced induction applications. Each piston is manufactured using Manley's unique fixturing process, which allows skirt turning and ring groove machining in a single operation to ensure perfect squareness and an optimal ring seal.
These pistons utilize proven cam and barrel skirt profiles that reduce friction and cylinder wall wear while maintaining stability under extreme combustion pressures. This set includes premium Chrome Moly wrist pins and a high-performance ring set to provide a complete rotating assembly solution for professional engine builders and tuners.
