The Manley H-Beam Series single connecting rod (MPN 14025-1) provides a high-strength, precision-engineered solution for B18-series engine builds. Manufactured from high-tensile 4340 forgings, these rods are designed to provide professional-grade performance at an economical price point. Every rod undergoes a rigorous conditioning process, including heat treatment, stress relief, and shot peening, to ensure maximum fatigue life and structural integrity.
Manley maintains exacting tolerances on every dimension, from the final hone size to the thread detail. To ensure smooth engine rotation and balance, these rods are weight-matched to within +/- 1.5 grams. Each unit is 100% individually magnafluxed to ensure it is free from surface defects before leaving the factory.
