These pistons are manufactured from high-strength domestic 2618 aluminum alloy forgings, providing the thermal resistance and structural integrity required for professional engine builds and high-horsepower tuning.
Each piston features Manley's signature cam and barrel skirt profiles, optimized to generate maximum power while reducing friction and wear on cylinder walls. Utilizing a unique fixturing process, Manley machines the skirt and ring grooves in a single operation to ensure perfect squareness, resulting in superior ring seal and longevity.
