Manley utilizes a unique fixturing process that allows for skirt turning and ring groove machining in a single operation. This ensures absolute squareness between the ring groove and the skirt, resulting in a superior ring seal and consistent power delivery. The cam and barrel skirt profiles are engineered to reduce friction and cylinder wall wear without compromising stability at high RPM.
