Manley Pro Flo / Severe Duty Exhaust Valves are engineered to withstand the extreme thermal loads of high-output gasoline engines. Utilizing Manley's exclusive XH-428 stainless steel alloy, these exhaust valves offer significantly higher tensile strength than standard performance alloys. In rigorous fatigue testing at 1400°F and 40,000 psi, these valves maintained integrity for over 100 million cycles, providing a massive increase in service life over competing components.
Each valve in this set of eight features a swirl-polished underhead and a fully machined combustion face to optimize exhaust gas flow and combustion chamber efficiency. To ensure long-term reliability in high-RPM applications, the valves are finished with chrome-plated stems and hardened tips for superior wear resistance.
