This crankshaft features a lightweight design with lightened rod journals to reduce rotational mass and optimize engine response. To ensure exceptional balance and rotational stability, the counterweights are fully profiled.
Every Manley Pro Series crankshaft undergoes a rigorous manufacturing process, including multi-step heat treatment and nitriding for superior surface hardness and longevity. The large radius journals are micro-polished to minimize friction, while stress relief, shot peening, and 100% magnafluxing ensure the component meets stringent racing standards.
