These pistons feature Manley's signature cam and barrel skirt profiles, specifically designed to optimize power while minimizing friction and cylinder wall wear.
Through a unique manufacturing process, Manley machines the skirt profiles and ring grooves in a single operation. This ensures perfect squareness between the ring groove and the skirt, which is critical for maintaining a superior ring seal and maximizing combustion pressure. The exacting standards applied to the ring lands and grooves further enhance seal integrity for consistent power delivery.
