The McLeod RST HD Twin Disc Clutch Kit is engineered for high-performance builds that demand significant holding power without the heavy pedal effort typically associated with racing clutches. Positioned between the street-oriented RST and the track-focused RXT, the RST HD provides an ideal solution for vehicles producing up to 950 horsepower. This system features a modular steel base plate and utilizes a hybrid friction design to balance daily drivability with aggressive engagement when needed.
The dual-disc configuration uses a unique friction combination: one side of the disc features full-face organic material for smooth, chatter-free engagement, while the opposing side uses segmented ceramic material to provide the bite and heat capacity required for spirited driving and track sessions.
