The Mishimoto Performance Air Intake is engineered specifically for the E46 BMW 330 series to deliver dyno-proven power gains while remaining safe for use with the factory ECU tune. This complete bolt-on kit replaces the restrictive stock airbox with a high-flow, oiled air filter and a specialized steel heatshield. The result is a highly aggressive induction tone and improved airflow that amplifies the engine's natural sound.
Designed for efficiency, this intake utilizes the factory ducting to supply cool outside air to the filter. The included steel heatshield features pre-assembled rubber trim to seal against the hood, preventing hot engine bay air from entering the intake tract. The high-flow filter is fully washable and reusable, providing a lifetime of service compared to disposable paper elements. Installation can be completed in approximately one hour using common hand tools.
