The Mishimoto Hot-Side Intercooler Pipe and Boot Kit replaces the restrictive, high-failure factory equipment on your 6.4L Powerstroke. While the original one-piece pipe is prone to heat-soak and difficult to service, this kit features a 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum construction in a two-piece design. This configuration significantly simplifies installation and removal while smoothing airflow to reduce Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs) and improve overall turbo efficiency.

To ensure long-term reliability under high boost pressures, this kit includes Mishimoto silicone boots reinforced with DuraCore technology. This synthetic inner layer offers superior resistance to heat, oil, and fuel compared to standard silicone, preventing the common leaks and blowouts associated with aging diesel systems.
