High-performance Mitsubishi Evolution X builds require an intercooler capable of managing elevated intake temperatures and resisting heat soak under high boost. The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler is a direct bolt-on replacement engineered to deliver a cooler, denser air charge for improved engine efficiency. Featuring an efficient 3.5-inch thick bar-and-plate core, this unit is designed for optimal heat dissipation with minimal pressure loss across the core.
Construction includes robust cast aluminum end tanks, which provide superior durability over stock units and promote smooth, uninterrupted airflow into the engine. Dyno-proven to offer an increase of 10 whp and 10 tq, this intercooler is rated to support modified vehicles up to 600 hp, making it suitable for everything from daily street use to rally and drag strip applications.
