Fits select 1999-2003 Ford F-250 Super Duty, F-350 Super Duty, and Excursion (7.3L / 6.0L). This kit replaces the failure-prone factory wiring that often causes hard cold starts or electrical shorts in high-mileage Powerstroke engines.
Years of high amperage draw through the glow plug circuit, combined with extreme under-hood temperatures, eventually melt the plastic connectors and degrade the seals. Mishimoto engineered this replacement kit to address these common failure points by integrating the glow plug harness directly into the valve cover gaskets. This design ensures a secure, leak-free connection while simplifying the installation process. The kit also includes replacement pigtail connectors to repair the engine-side harness if it has been damaged by heat or electrical arcing.
