Fits 2014-2016 Ford Fiesta ST (1.6L).
The factory intercooler piping on the 1.6L EcoBoost is designed with restrictive bends and narrow sections that impede airflow. The Mishimoto Intercooler Pipe Kit eliminates these bottlenecks, replacing the stock components with 2.5-inch mandrel-bent aluminum piping to maximize volume and efficiency. This kit is engineered as a direct-fit upgrade, compatible with both the factory intercooler and the Mishimoto performance intercooler without requiring engine bay modifications.
The cold-side pipe features a precision CNC-machined flange for the stock pressure sensor and a dedicated port for methanol injection or a boost gauge. To further streamline the engine bay, Mishimoto includes a silicone hose and CNC plug to facilitate the deletion of the stock sound symposer system. Each kit is equipped with high-grade silicone couplers and stainless steel T-bolt clamps to ensure reliable connections under high boost pressure.
