Protect your BMW's intake system from boost leaks with the Mishimoto Performance Charge Pipe Kit. On the S55 engine, the factory plastic charge pipes are a known weak point; they frequently split at the plastic welds or burst along the seams when subjected to increased boost pressures. This kit replaces those brittle components with durable, full aluminum TIG-welded pipes designed to withstand the rigors of high-output driving.
The Mishimoto design features a unique cast midsection to ensure a perfect fit between the engine and air intake without the clearance issues common in some aftermarket kits. These pipes provide a more uniform shape for optimized airflow from the turbochargers to the air-to-water intercooler. Each kit includes an integrated bung for easy installation of methanol injection and is finished in a durable wrinkle black powder coat.
