Maximize the efficiency of your 1.5T engine with the Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Kit. This complete system replaces restrictive factory components with a massive bar-and-plate core and high-flow aluminum piping to combat heat soak and increase power. The intercooler features a 146% increase in core volume over stock, while the aluminum hot-side and cold-side piping increase flow area by 103% and 75% respectively. By removing the OEM resonator, this kit also provides a more pronounced induction sound under boost.

Engineering for high-performance builds up to 572 HP, this kit reduced average outlet temperatures by 18.1°F in testing, yielding gains of up to 8.1 HP and 8.1 lb-ft of torque. The assembly includes 5-layer DuraCore™ silicone couplers reinforced with wire for extreme pressure resistance and a cold-side pipe with a pre-drilled 1/8" NPT port for easy sensor or gauge integration. The kit installs using factory mounting points and includes all necessary hardware.
