Replacing the restrictive factory plastic-end-tank unit, this kit features durable cast-aluminum end tanks and a high-flow bar-and-plate core designed to handle increased boost levels. The silver finish provides a professional, high-performance aesthetic while resisting corrosion.

This intercooler provides a massive 88% increase in core volume and 76% more fin surface area compared to the stock component. These upgrades result in flow rates over 40% better than OEM, significantly reducing turbocharger strain while keeping outlet temperatures within 10 degrees of ambient air. The included oversized shroud ensures the entire core receives direct airflow from the factory hood scoop, and a pre-tapped 1/8-NPT port allows for the seamless addition of temperature or boost sensors.
