The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit replaces the restrictive factory plastic piping and rubber couplers between the turbocharger and intercooler. This complete hot-and-cold-side system is engineered from mandrel-bent aluminum to streamline airflow and eliminate the common failure points associated with OEM plastic components under high boost or heavy load. By replacing the expansion-prone factory pipes, this kit ensures reliable boost pressure delivery during extreme temperature cycling and heavy towing.

The system facilitates performance gains of up to 10 HP and 9 lb-ft of torque on the 2.4L T24A-FTS engine platform while reducing pressure drop by up to 30% compared to the factory setup. For a secure seal, Mishimoto includes DuraCore™ silicone couplers featuring a synthetic reinforced interior layer to resist degradation from heat, fuel, and oil. The kit is further secured by constant-tension worm-gear clamps that automatically compensate for thermal expansion and contraction.
