This relocation also frees up valuable front-bumper space for winches, light bars, and other off-road accessories while utilizing custom ducting to maintain optimal airflow.

Built with a 3.1-inch thick core and precision TIG-welded cast aluminum end tanks, this unit offers a 49% increase in core volume and 93% more external fin surface area compared to the factory tube-and-fin cooler. Testing showed outlet temperature reductions of up to 21°F (2.3L) and 15.5°F (2.7L), providing consistent performance even under heavy heat soak. This kit is designed to retain full functionality of the factory adaptive cruise control and 360-degree camera systems.
