The Mishimoto In-Line Oil Thermostat (MMOP-EXTFC) provides precise temperature regulation for engine oil, transmission fluid, or other driveline fluids. Designed for custom builds where tight clearances prevent the use of a standard oil sandwich plate, this compact unit is CNC-machined from a single block of billet 6061 aluminum. It features an integrated heat-sink to aid in thermal dissipation and comes pre-equipped with a 185°F (85°C) thermostat for optimal fluid management.
- Precision Machining: Crafted from a single piece of billet 6061 aluminum for superior strength and a leak-free seal.
- Temperature Regulation: Includes a factory-installed 185°F (85°C) internal thermostat; interchangeable with optional 160°F or 200°F units to suit specific track or street requirements.
- Secure Plumbing: Features four -10AN fittings with dowty seals to ensure reliable high-pressure fluid connections.
- Compact Mounting: The universal design includes a CNC-machined mounting bracket, making it ideal for projects with limited space.
- Heat Management: Integrated external heat-sink fins provide additional cooling surface area to help reduce fluid temperatures.
