The Mishimoto Magnetic Oil Drain Plug (MMODP-12175BBK) offers critical protection for high-performance and high-mileage engines by removing ferrous metallic fragments from your oil circulation. While a standard plug only seals the pan, this upgrade uses a high-strength neodymium magnet to trap bearing particles and other harmful debris before they can cause internal wear or damage.
Each plug is CNC-machined from billet 6061 aluminum for lasting durability and features a robust 24mm hex head to prevent rounding during service. The precision-cut threads ensure a consistent fit, while the included dowty seal provides a reliable, leak-free barrier against the oil pan surface.
