The Mishimoto Racing Thermostat (MMTS-RB-ALLL) is engineered to promote cooling efficiency by significantly reducing high engine temperatures. Once the engine is fully warmed up, this thermostat opens at a lower temperature (155°F / 68°C) compared to standard OEM thermostats. This allows coolant to flow through the system earlier, helping to maintain cooler operating temperatures and preventing overheating during high-performance use or heavy-load conditions.
