This specific "Long" version is engineered to position the steering wheel closer to the driver, offering improved ergonomics and better leverage for high-performance driving environments.
Momo steering wheel hubs are designed with a collapsible structure that functions as a safety feature. In the event of a front-end collision, the hub is engineered to deform and absorb energy, reducing the impact force transferred to the driver. This hub replaces the factory adapter while maintaining proper clearance for turn signals and dashboard controls.
