The kicked-out sump design increases total oil capacity to 6.25 quarts while maintaining a manageable 6.5-inch depth for ground clearance. Internal racing baffles are strategically placed to keep oil contained at the pickup point during high-G cornering, braking, and acceleration, significantly reducing the risk of engine-damaging oil starvation.
