NGK Laser Iridium spark plugs are engineered for drivers seeking the highest level of performance and longevity. Designed as an exact OE replacement, these plugs feature a fine-wire iridium-tipped center electrode laser-welded to a copper core. This construction provides exceptional durability—six times harder than platinum—while ensuring reliable ignition even in demanding conditions. For many applications, a platinum chip is added to the ground electrode to ensure even wear in distributorless (DIS) and coil-on-plug ignition systems.
