The Oracle Lighting 50W 6-Ohm LED Load Equalizer (5013-504) is an essential component for correcting "hyper-flash" or "rapid-flash" issues that occur when upgrading factory incandescent or halogen turn signal bulbs to high-efficiency LEDs. Because LEDs draw significantly less current, most vehicle lighting control modules interpret the low resistance as a burnt-out bulb, triggering a fast blink rate to alert the driver.
This load equalizer simulates the electrical load of a traditional filament bulb, restoring the turn signal circuit to its standard flash rate. Designed for long-term reliability and thermal safety, the unit is encased in a waterproof aluminum housing featuring integrated heat sink fins to effectively dissipate heat during operation. It is a necessary addition for both automotive and motorcycle applications where the factory flasher relay cannot be easily replaced with an LED-compatible version.
