The PERRIN AFTA-MAF Intake Tube replaces the restrictive factory corrugated rubber hose between the air filter box and the turbo inlet pipe. By smoothing the airflow path after the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor, this tube eliminates turbulence and can improve throttle response. Unlike the original equipment hose that can degrade or crack over time, the PERRIN version is built from high-temperature reinforced silicone to withstand engine heat and vacuum pressures without collapsing.
