The PERRIN Rear Shifter Bushing is designed to replace the soft, compliant factory rubber bushing that secures the rear of the shift linkage stay to the vehicle chassis. By swapping the high-flex OE component for this stiffer PERRIN upgrade, you eliminate the "mushy" or vague sensation during gear changes, resulting in a much more precise and mechanical shift feel.
